(2) For Travelers Requiring a Visa
If your country is not on the visa-free list, you will need to apply for a visa.
If you choose to apply for a tourist visa (L visa) for your conference attendance, an invitation letter from the conference organizer is not mandatory.
If you are applying for a business visa (F visa) to attend a conference, you may need an invitation letter and a flight itinerary.
FBAS2026 can issue signed and stamped invitation letters and flight ticket pre-reservations for your visa application. If needed, please log into your account to complete the conference registration first, then send us a screenshot of your personal information page.
If you encounter difficulties in obtaining a visa and require an official invitation letter from an authorized organization along with a flight itinerary, please fill in and submit the necessary information and a copy of your passport's first page in the registration system.
Kindly note: According to relevant regulations, the local organizer cannot provide conference invitations to accompanying personnel. We recommend that accompanying personnel apply for a tourist visa, as it will be much easier and requires less documentation.
