
Remarks:
1.The registration fee includes: all forum activities and sessions, official conference documentation, lunches throughout the forum, complimentary WiFi service.
2.When remitting the payment, please make sure to indicate “FBAS 2026 Registration Fee + Full Name + Organization” in the “Remarks” section.
3.After successful payment, an electronic invoice or receipt wil be issued.
4.Delegates who have paid with their personal accounts should confirm in advance with the finance of the sponsoring organization whether they can be reimbursed. No refunds will be made if reimbursement is not possible for personal reasons.
5.Registration Refund Policy
(1)Full refund will be issued for cancellation requests received on or before August 6.
(2)For cancellation requests submitted between August 7 and August 20, a 20% administrative handling fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
(3)No refund shall be available from August 21 onwards. However, an exchange of participant is possible.
* Students are required to provide scanned copies of their student documents. Post-doctoral ellows, laboratory technicians, etc. are not considered asstudents.
